Return Policies
Returnable Items
purplearmour.net will refund or exchange items if the return process is initiated within 15 days of shipment ("return period").
Defective items may be exchanged for the same item. If the same item is not available, the customer (you) and purplearmour.net may agree on a different item in exchange for the defective item, or purplearmour.net may issue a refund, after confirming that the item is indeed defective. If the substituted item for exchange has a different value than the defective item, purplearmour.net will either charge or credit the difference to the customer.
The Return Process
Before receiving any item from purplearmour.net, you should make sure it is not damaged when you receive it. If the package is obviously damaged, the easiest solution is to simply refuse delivery, and let us know what happened. If you do accept delivery of obviously damaged goods, please make sure the carrier notes the damage, making it easier for purplearmour.net to file a damage claim. If you don't notice the damage or defect until later, or want to return the item (if unopened) for another reason, then please follow the procedures outlined below.
To initiate the return/exchange process, you should first submit an email to info@purplearmour.net. Once your request is received (within 15 days of the original ship date) we will determine the appropriate course of action.

Once Purple Armour verifies and/or approves the submitted return requests the customer will ship the items to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible both for shipping costs and for damage to the item while in transit; therefore we strongly suggest you purchase insurance when shipping.
All shipments must be received within 10 days of authorizing the return request received from the customer.
Return Package Contents
All returned or exchanged items must be returned in "like new" condition, and must include all accessories, warranty cards, UPC codes and owners manuals if applicable.
Purplearmour.net cannot accept for return or exchange items that are not in their original condition, damaged (unless received already defective or damaged), or missing any parts or accessories, and will send these items back at the owner's (your) expense.
Processing Returned Items
Once Purplearmour.net receives the returned item, we will notify you of the receipt, and process the return or exchange. If the return or exchange is due to an error on Purple Armour's part or that of a manufacturer (i.e., a defective product, or if the wrong item was shipped), we will reimburse shipping costs; otherwise you are responsible for shipping to and from Purple Armour's return facility.
Refunds
Any refunds for items purchased using PayPal will be credited back to that account; refunds for purchases made by money order will be refunded by after shipping costs are deducted. If the customer (you) has other outstanding debt with Purple Armour, Purplearmour.net reserves the right to apply the refund to the customer's outstanding debt.
